If for a valid reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, LONDERO SPORTS- ARCINTER will allow you 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange the merchandise.
The goods must be returned in a as-new condition.
Beyond the 30 days initial period, we'll honour the manufacturer's warranty for all defective material. This guarantee does not cover misuse, accidental breaks or normal wear. _____________________________________________________________ | |

Before returning or exchanging your merchandise, you must obtain an authorization number by calling: 1.450.349.2332
All products must be returned in their original packaging with a proof of purchase.
The goods must be returned PARCEL POST with the authorization number written on the top left of the box. Please note that we do not accept CODs.
The following items cannot be returned:
- underwear
- cut arrows or shaft
